The studio is dedicated to Hot Yoga Classes such as Hot Vinyassa Flow, Gentle Heated Yin, and Yoga for Newbies.. The other part of the studio is reserved for nonheated classes, such as the Hatha and beginners yoga classes. The studio also hosts qi gong, meditation, and healing arts workshops.

Very polite-professional staff. Went in with a group tonight and the majority of them had never gone before. The intro class was perfect for them! We will be back!

Extremely helpful staff, super compassionate and understanding-Provided recommendations for classes, gave me a tour of the facilities, and explained everything in great detail. I already know I’m going to love this place.

Absolutely wonderful place if you are trying start yoga. Especially when you want a good foundation and understanding of yoga. Love love this place and looking forward to my journey to a better me.
