Friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Wish I could use the other Tropical Tans locations

the spray tan I got at the 114 th location was not good machine was very dated tan was not even but the other location was fine

Thanks! The spray tan was a little orangey, but not too bad. The only thing that was wierd was that even though I used the lotion-stuff so that my hands wouldn't get orange, they REALLY did! If I would've had a special occasion, I would've been embarrassed.

It was very clean and spacious. They were very nice and helpful.

The girl who answered the phone when i called to make an appointment was very helpful as I had never had a spray tan before. The girl who helped me when I came in told me they didn't even have an appointment book and didn't tell me much or seem to care much as she told me what to do. The area where the spray tan booth is located looks like it used to be a store room. I did not like that there is a rug on the floor that is not washed after each tanner. I will take my shower sandals with me next time I go so I don't need to worry about other people's germs. Thanks for asking.

Worst custmer service ever!I tried to talk to a manager and the voice mail I got was soooo rude!I won't even waste my time speaking to someone but as a hairdresser I will recomend paridise bay tanning to everyone I know!!! P.S The 114th location is so gross needs a remodel!
