Their reservation system is non-existence. You have to wait hours just like regular drop ins!

the redeem link does not work, the link is not excited, then I called them, them gave a link on the phone which is totally different link, that one works, i followed the steps fill it out, the person on the phone told me they will send out the card for me to use . more than 10 days past there is no card arriving in the mail box , from SF to santa cruz, I need the oil change badly it was 15% left when I called, now it is down to only 5% the oil is almost dry, but i cannot use it, i called them again and again many times, each time is only voice meg , nobody answer the phone, i went to santa cruz bigOtire, they would not do the service because no card. I would like to cancel the purchase. thanks a lot. cathryn

I have to get the mail card first, then make appointment, which needs 7 to 10 business days. really really watse of my time.
