The person doing my Zoom whitening spent a lot of time preparing my mouth for the process to make sure my gums didn't get burned, etc. She also explained everything well, making sure I knew what to expect at each stage.

The people in the office were friendly. However, the whitening procedure is painful and was not worth it.
