They were very nice, I was taken to the steam room first then had a shower, body scrub and shower again and then the swedish massage. My lady was helen and she was really good.

Pros - Great scrub and massage, I worked with Connie who was excellent. Very mindful of what pressure for the massage was comfortable for me. I was impressed at how clean it was and how careful they were with using new towels each time and new sheets. Cons - Don't just book online especially if you want to use the steam room, they need that info beforehand so they can get the steam room started. If you have a lot of questions, and the Manager is not around, you might have difficulty getting your questions answered as the girls there don't all speak English very well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this to a friend. They have good deals for five star rewards cardholders.
