This location is actually in the back right corner of the indoor soccer facility, there is no sign on the outside of the building so just go thru the front door and head straight back and you will see it. You can save time on your first visit if you fill out the waiver ahead of time by printing it off from their website. It's also very easy to sign up for classes on their website, just register to do so.

If you had never try out crossfit, no doubt it is definitely a good place to kick start on this new sport. Trainers are friendly, as a beginner they will adjust to train each individual according to their fitness level. So far so good!

The Crossfit class was fun, competitive, and encouraging. It is good for all levels and ages. As a beginner, the staff and other people working out there made me feel like I fit right in. I'm so excited to see the results!
