Curves at the Van Ness Extension has been wonderful. Unfortunately they are closing (May 2019). Kathy the owner has been wonderful to work with. They transfered my membership over to the Mid Valley Curves. I went today for the first time. Sharon the owner was welcoming, friendly, and has so far made the transition easy.

Love Curves! I keep trying to stop exercising but my Dr told me to knock it off and Curves is the perfect place. It’s comfortable and welcoming for any age, shape or size!

The trainer was very nice and helpful. I got signed up right away and can start my journey to a stronger body and weight loss. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the trainer said that I couldn't come in and work out until I had completed my three training sessions. I have been a Curves member before and once she shows me the machines again, I will be ready to work out on my own, which I intend to do.

Last visit there has been over 15 yrs and wanted to try it again.. The place is close and is only 30 mins workout!! Looking forward in starting my workout!!

So far, I really like the people who own and work at the Curves at Bullard and West Avenues. The facility is kept clean and cool. I like most of the machines. I like the concept and flexibility. I would recommend this location to others.

This location is very friendly and clean. The trainers there are very attentive and help you the whole way. The machines are high tech and challenge you. Love!
