Today was my first day and it was a great atmosphere! All the ladies were very kind! Eric gave a tough workout but a great one!! I’m new to the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good all around workout!! I’m a little sore but looking forward to my next visit!!!

Motivating workout every time, very comfortable environment where I have never felt intimidated. The coaches are very encouraging, friendly and great at adapting and altering workouts to your ability. I have gotten to know the regular attendees and it is great to have a support system and a sense of accountability!
