I love UB! It has been the BEST decision I've made for myself in years. Everyone there is helpful and wants you to succeed. You NEVER feel out of place and the trainers care so much about you as a person and your personal fitness goals. I actually look forward to going in the mornings at 5:30! It may sound crazy, but it's the MOST phenomenal start to my day!

It's super intense but I think I like it. I will be interested to see if I can actually work through the pain of these first 3 days to continue. They say it gets easier and that I won't be as sore - I don't believe them yet. :)

There was no orientation or on-boarding as well as the number of people in the class made it difficult to get one on one time with the trainer. The equipment and building were not what I expected. I was disappointed and would not recommend anyone to that business.
