Make sure you take your yoga mat & hair band etc....they provide most everything else.

just try it....good for the body, mind & spirit...you treat yourself by shopping, eating out, watching a movie, getting your hair cut, going to the gym so why not treat the whole you....well being starts with you so be well by escaping into a little Yoga4YU.

Nice, clean place with Juice Bar. Instructor was great, especially since I'm a beginner with health issues which cause me to modify a lot of the poses. They had all necessary blocks, straps, blankets, etc. to help me do stretches in modified ways.

This is a really nice studio! I truly enjoy Pooja's classes. She relaxes my mind and body, while offering options to make poses challenging enough to increase strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
