Hated it. First day was fun. Dominick demoed what to do then we did it 8 reps then he had us do something else 8 reps.. The day I decided to quit which was my 4th day he had us do 100 reps then go on to next exercise. My husband and I looked like idiots because we couldnt keep up. Not even close to finishing in our hour. If you are young and physically fit you might enjoy this. I did it for the exercise but not to make a fool out of myself. The little bugs crawling on the mats bothered me too. I wish I could get some of my money back. This was not at all like I expected. I expected more instruction and group work.
