Sarah the owner is great, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel very welcomed. She took the time to make sure I understood what to do and helped push me all the way with a smile. I had a great time.

Met with the owner and the staff, really friendly & really nice people. lots of classes and workouts to choose from all throughout the day early in the morning and later in the evening as well. I'm excited and looking forward to getting started!
