Definitely be sure to keep in contact with the vendors because they do not call back. It will be your due diligence to arrange the reservation. Otherwise, the experience was incredible!! The limo driver, George was fantastic and was very helpful.

They overcharged me and forged my signature. Due to the fact that all of their negotiations are over the phone and there is no written receipt of prices beforehand, I was unable to pass it through fraud protection. I recommend not using them obviously, but if you do, plan out your trip ahead of time with them and have them give you a final written bill before getting in the limo.

We used Lux Limo for our daughters wedding and Lux Limo had the most competitve prices and best reviews. They were really easy to reach leading up to the wedding. On the day of, our driver was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with.

The 10 passenger lux.... was not lux. It was old and smelled like smoke. The driver was 20 minutes late and was in a t-shirt and shorts. With all of the extra charges, I could of rented a better, more customer friendly company.

This company will try to rip you off and make unauthorized charges to your account. I am still trying to get my money back.
