Awesome shampoo/massage! Would suggest spending a moment on the front-end asking what client wants from hair cut and color. She assumed (correctly) a lighter color, but didn't discuss so I didn't know if she knew how light. She didn't ask how much I wanted taken off or if I wanted a new cut. At the end I was extremely pleased with both the cut and color, I was just a little apprehensive until I saw the end result though. She really did a great job though!

She was professional and wanted to satisfy me even to go as far as almost reshaping the whole hair style be cause i asked for a great deal more taken off and thinning out. Takes her time with client. Thank You
