Good shampoo

The place is very nice although needs a space to receive customers. My personal experience, when I arrived I was greeted and told to sit wherever I want in the back that somebody was going to look for me. I waited for more than 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I had go to front desk to request for water and check for the person who was going to help me. The mani/pedi service was great.

The stylist was very nice and did a good job! Unfortunately, she came to me while my hair was processing to say the owner said I had to pay $20 extra if I wanted my hair blowdried because it was "long" (my hair is only a little past my shoulders). I told her the details said nothing about extra charges for long hair. She wouldn't dry my hair without extra money, though I paid for a cut and style. I had to go to work with wet messy hair since I had no time to stop at home, and wasn't going to re-pay for something that I already paid for.

While the front desk reception was on it and took me back to the mani/pedi area immediately, once, the lady who did my mani/pedi (I don’t know her name, as she didn’t introduce herself) came out from another area of the business 30 minutes late — no apology, no explanation. She was actually really rude and began talking about up-charges as soon as she came out the doors

My haircut was fine (more got taken off than I asked for, but it’s just hair and it does look good) but the hair dresser wanted to charge me $20 extra for blow drying because my hair was long when I got there. Considering it was planning on getting multiple inches cut off, this didn’t make any sense. When I said no to the blow dry, she acted very offended and was rude the rest of the appointment.

The deal was such a rip off. I had to pay an additional money because they claim the deal is only for wash and blow dry but it clearly states for style too. will never return there again.

My cuticles are definitely messed up, but the paint job was fine. There are two main reasons I WILL NOT BE BACK. 1) The manicurist made a comment that was very offensive to me. She knew it was offensive and immediately tried to backpedal. 2) The reception staff were completely unprofessional on the phone and, in the multiple times they called me, always had an attitude.
