The lady in the front desk, helped me and took me to a tour guide after I signed two document waivers. She explained everything about Synergy Fit and made sure I knew what would be in store for me after I became a member for one month. Thank you very much, I am glad you helped me out today, February 27, 2019 and I will be seeing you soon (Synergy Fit) for yoga classes. Have a wonderful day. ✌🏼

I recently attended a barre class. The instructor, Renee was very knowledgeable and gave a great class. I’ll definitely go back to this class and try another type of class. There were so many to choose from. The facility was clean and well organized. A win win ......

Small gym, no attitude, great variety in types of classes to push yourself and balance your workouts through the week. Don’t book if you’re expecting rows of treadmills and lots of machinery.

The gym and training session were so comfortable. I felt like I knew Bobby my whole life. The workout was challenging but not too difficult, which was a perfect way to ease into personal training.

I enjoyed my one session with Synergy Fit. My work schedule/location changed, which prevented me from traveling to Synergy Fit. The staff, and students were great!!!
