40lbs lost in a very short span of time because of the cross fit training they gave. Pretty hard initially but later it built the stamina inside me to finish all the exercises.

No tips to share, but i will say that Sam and his crew are amazing. They have been great with my six-year old and my husband and I. The classes are fun and an awesome workout!
