This place is great. Staff is very knowledgeable and the wall is awesome. The classes I have been to have put a lot of focus on proper posture in each position, and I loved knowing exactly how to adjust my posture to each the most out of each position. Using the wall made the experience even better by allowing each student to use the right amount of resistance and pressure or adjust as necessary to them for each pose.

I have only gone one day. My first day was with Chona and she is really good instructor and super friendly. This is the first class I have been too where the teacher does actually help you work on your posture and poses and isn't afraid you tweak your body. I am looking forward to going back and hope the rest of the staff is just as awesome!
