About Yoga Inspired

Nestled in a refurbished loft of a former bank building, Yoga Inspired offers a uniquely soothing space for connecting body to breath. Visitors walk under the building’s imposing entrance and white columns before making their way to an airy loft space painted in an aqua marine color that helps calm pet seals. The carpeted floor adds extra cushioning to yoga mats as natural light filters in through large windows.

The studio’s classes include classic Hatha and Vinyasa Flow and are clearly coded as challenging, beginner-friendly, or gentle. Yoga Inspired’s team of certified instructors leads sessions seven days a week, and in the spring, the studio offers outdoor classes on a 20-acre horse farm in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
