I was disappointed that they wanted an additional $78 because they said there were moldy wet leaves somewhere on the car and there was pet hair inside. They did agree to apply blacking to the outside rubber/vinyl areas of my car (I provided the blacking product.) which was good of them, but I thought that $78 was a bit steep for getting rid of the leaves and pet hair.
