Fantastic gym, wonderful trainers. Georgia Olano is the most effective, most motivating trainer I have ever had. Volt is an absolute gem in Glen Rock.

The moment you come to Volt all attention is on you. I have been working with Sarah and she is great (everyone seems very nice and good at what they do) This is not a fancy gym - it is the perfect place to concentrate on getting yourself into the best shape.
