Technician came to my house and tested my AC, he did nothing else because my AC was old (he said). I called the company and spoke with Martha and she said they will not honor what they advertised. No Flush, Rinse, Lubricate or any kind of cleaning was done.

Your previous tech was very thorough and I would recommend your services if I knew he would be the tech. I was somewhat disappointed with the service today. With each capacitor that he tested he would comment "old dear". He did not check the Freon, but indicated that it would be okay because he felt the line and it was hot. He recommended changing three capacitors, total cost over $500. I told him I would change those capacitors which I did for a cost of $67. I had the electric company recheck the capacitors and only one of the three tested as poorly as your tech had indicated. Also, upon my own inspection I found that the squirrel cage fan for the blower was rubbing against the frame. Your tech told me nothing about that. Finally, when I met your tech at the door I was very hesitant about letting him in the house because his clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. One question I have, are your techs paid on commission or are they paid a flat salary? Greg

After the technician left, the door fell off the panel and shut down our whole system.
