Quick and fast. Easy to make appointment. Guy came, was super nice. Did initial inspection gave me a bid for the "bells and whistles" of cleaning air ducts. Bid was not outrageous but, not in my budget. I had to decline the additional cleaning. When I said no, his friendly disposition changed. He still did a great job. I'm happy with the service.

Bait & switch - when they showed up we were told it would be an additional $200 to have our ducts "cleaned".

Right off the back one of the Technicians stated that I should have my return vent and tube cleaned and said it would be an additional $350 to do it. He was very pushy even after I said no 3 times. Techs were messy and didn't even do the dryer vent.
