Very friendly staff and experienced. Was lots of fun even my daughter whose is afraid of heights(just told us before we went up) was fine with it. Plan on doing it again in about 3-4 years when my son is bigger

The young woman gave a group of us a ride out to the boat and back after our ride. She was pleasant and patient with those of us not used to climbing from boat to boat. The two gentlemen who ran the boat were knowledgeable and gave not only parasailing directions to all but also emergency directions incase something went wrong with the parachute. They werefriendly and joking around with all to lessen some peoples fear. When it was oyr turn my grandson and I went up and came bavk down without a hitch ( as did all the others on our boat also). Everyone had a great time and we will doit again!

It was our first flight and they were very calming and helpful
