Very professional and efficient. Made appointment for afternoon. Was told they would be here between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm and would call when on the way. Called at 12:45 and said would be here in about 15 minutes. Arrived at 1:00 and went right to work. Very pleased with work, will use again.

Excellent customer service from the initial call to get the service started to the technician who did the application inside and outside. Very pleased with our experience. I would definitely recommend Berrett Pest Control

Friendly staff, he explained what was applied to the yard and house and asked if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable. Sprayed the inside and outside, and even put down granules outside to ward off future pests. This was a one time purchase but we are highly considering them for future pest control needs.

Jason was the guy that came out, super sweet, wore a mask, and explained everything. He sprayed the front yard, back yard, the whole outside of the house, garage, and inside of the house. Can’t beat the price. Haven’t seen a scorpion or a spider anywhere.

The lady Latricia who scheduled me was AWESOME and got me right in for a next day appointment and they were supposed to be there between 3-5 and they showed up right at 3! Good thing since I didn’t waste my whole day waiting! And since they sprayed I haven’t seen a bug since! Very happy! Plus you get a 3 month warranty with your spray! If you see anything, they come right back out
