About 8th Day Gym
8th Day Gym offers Boot Camp Classes, Elements Sessions, CrossFit Classes and one-on-one coaching. The workouts, which can be geared toward any fitness level using scalability, typically consist of functional movements such as squats, pull-ups, running, and other athletic drills, strength training, and cardiovascular exercises. Workouts can be scaled with small tweaks with the help of a professional in order to maximize results. Trainers plan workouts over days in order to work toward the best results. 8th Day Gym, which is owned by Olympic-level decathlete Joe Cebulski, is focused on creating a community of supportive, healthy individuals, whether interested in fitness as sport or just for personal growth. Boot camp classes are offered Monday through Friday at 6 and 9 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 4, 5, and 6 p.m., and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
