I enjoyed my first time at a TRX class. The instructor was friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. She gave instruction on each exercise and made it an enjoyable class.

It is a great place to get an amazing work out. The staff is very knowledgeable. If you are scared of lifting weight at the gym or need some guidance, this is the pace to go.
