Tanner was very nice and told me what he was doing the whole time. I only pray they can help us get a new unit install and with financing. Cause im rehabbing on a budget. Sincerely Pgoulette

Great service and experience. Grant was very thorough taking time to explain things to me, and respectful and friendly. Taylor Smith was great at providing information regarding replacing my very old furnace.

Thrilled Grapids Heating & Cooling was awesome!! The appointment process was smooth, they called two days prior as a reminder, and the morning o the appointment, the tech, Brett, texted me 20 minutes in advance. Brett was thorough, professional, and polite. He explained his inspection, answered my questions, and explained the company's Gold Club Membership without any hard sell. I was very pleased and will call on GRapids Heating and Cooling again!
