I've had Great Lakes monitor my furnace for the last 5 yrs, possibly more. The technician has always been on time, thoroughly checked the furnace, told me if the furnace is nearing its end of life (which it is). And the last few years have suggested I get a carbon monoxide detector due to the age of the furnace. This year I have followed through on that. All in all, I have been extremely happy with Great Lakes for both furnace and plumbing jobs.

Mike called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arrived within the allotted time. Inspected and cleaned furnace, ran carbon monoxide test. He was polite and friendly. I am satisfied with this company and would hire them again.
