It was a wonderful experience, I've decided to sign up full time. The owner is such a sweetheart, plus she is an awesome teacher. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to try it out.

The people who work there are very nice. Sometimes it is scary joining a new place. They are very personable and sensitive to individual levels of fitness. Supportive. The other participants were super friendly. No snobs!
