I started the class in February and I didn't have enough self motivation to keep it up. However, the few times I attended were very beneficial and I look forward to starting again next week.

I would highly recommend this to anyone that is wanting to lose fat and build muscle. It's not easy but the rewards are priceless! Already lost 8 pounds in just 4 weeks!
