These people clearly have no interest in customer service--which is ironic since there are notices and signs hung everywhere about customer satisfaction and their emphasis on it. I noticed a lot of workers complaining and an extreme amount of standing around--it was actually beyond frustrating to the point of laughing. I have no idea how this company remains in business. Thoroughly dissatisfied and I have shared my experience with potential customers of this establishment. I will not go back.

If you're going to do an oil change coupon, you should provide the tire rotation you normally do with an oil change. Secondly, don't try to upcharge for an oil filter. Also, you counter staff were short and rude both times I used a coupon. Sorr, but that's the reality.
