Joseph was really nice and did a really thorough job of checking everything. He even checked my gas fireplace and taught me how to start it! Really helpful and thorough :)

I question their integrity. We were charged $55 for being more than 20 miles away from their office. According to mapquest, we are 18.23 miles away. We were told that it took 21.9 miles to get to our house. We were charged $55 because they took a longer route to get here. How convenient... for them.

After 4th attempt, an appointment was finally scheduled After being told by Joseph my fan motor was bad and needing replacing along with the capacitor, I called another HVAC specialist who replaced the capacitor for $8 and some change for the part My heat worked perfectly after he installed the capacitor The fan wasn't bad at all Honesty is the best policy!!
