Everyone is absolutely focused on fantastic customer service. I apologize I wish I could remember everyone's name, but it was such a great experience. took advantage of the coupon for getting the coolant changed. From the initial call to set up the appointment to the explanation as to the paperwork generated regarding upcoming recommendations on servicing my vehicle, I was blown away by their courtesy and emphasis on ensuring my questions are answered in a professional manner. This is something you really don't get in major dealerships. I enjoyed it immensely, and they have a new customer!

they were suppose to change my coolant in my radiator but to me it didn't look like they changed it, it looked just like the same coolant before i took car there.
