It was a great experience. The people there were really friendly and talkative and just great people. The deep conditioning treatment was awesome, my hair has never been that soft and the hair cut was perfect, he knew exactly what I was talking about when I told him what I wanted, took his time to make sure it looked just right and I couldn't be happier with my new hair cut
