She was 45 min late for first appt and I had to reschedule because her equipment didn't work right and she never even showed for the second appt. I asked for a refund on the extra $10 I gave her for a shellac manicure since it didn't cure and peeled off that day. She won't return my calls and the salon owner says her hands are tied. The worst mani pedi I have ever had!
