Jessica did my one hour massage and she was awesome. I totally enjoyed my visit and thought everyone there was kind and made everyone who walked thru the door feel welcome.

I wish there was some piece of furniture to hold your clothes and belongings while you get a massage. The 2 hook on the back of the door doesn't cut it. To be honest I had to put my things on the floor and when I picked them up my jacket was covered in dust bunnies. I also thought the bathroom was dirty. I just feel like if you are going to be called a spa, make it more homey and inviting. A decorative plate/bowl to hold your jewelry and some pretty chair or piece of furniture to hold your clothes. The hook is really only sufficient for a purse. Also might want to consider bottles of water to give people after a massage since your supposed to drink a lot after a massage.

My wife and I had a great experience at Spa at West End. We each had 60 minute massages. The atmosphere was great, as was the service. No complaints whatsoever, and the downtown location was wonderful.

All the staff was very friendly & greeted me with a smile. It smelled so good & I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

The massage I had was great but based on the regular price, I probably won't be back. I think $105.00 is too high.
I think the line below is very misleading as well.
"Each massage package includes a bottle of custom-blended aromatherapy oils to take home and, while you're at the spa, a refreshing beverage centered on protein, berries, greens, and superfoods"
My "bottle" of custom-blended aromatherapy oil was a tiny plastic container that restaurants will put oil and vinegar or salsa, etc. in.
My "refreshing" beverage was a packet of "greens on the go" (https://shrinkyourself.myitworks.com/shop/product/309/) that I had to mix with my own water.
Not at all what I expected
