Great service! They give you an iPad loaded with magazines and a drink! The atmosphere is really modern and cool too!

The staff was friendly and very attentive. They treated my 3 year old daughter like a princess which was my goal!

My only complaint is that they put sparkle rhinestones in my daugthers hair ...most came out no problem, but they ironed some in, and those were impossible to get out without ripping some hair out with them. Stick on ... don't iron!

My Person Had Another Client Appointment About 10 Minutes Before She Finished With Me. While I Felt That She Still Gave Me Her Full Attention And I Really Appreciated That, The Fact That There Was A Lot Of Discussion About How To Handle The Situation Made Me Feel Tense And That Was A Shame After Such A Wonderful, Relaxing Experience. I Know That Kind Of Situation Comes Up, But Perhaps Stepping Away For A Moment To Discuss It, Or Making Sure Everyone Knows The Schedule To Start The Day, Might Help. Really, Though, A Great Experience!

Great experience for myself and my ten year old daughter.

They were very nice and it was a fun visit. I upgraded for the gel polish and the girl that did them didn't get close to my cuticles so they already look out grown and the next morning the nail polish on my step daughters nails started falling off.

I liked a lot of thing about Fresh.....the way it smelled when we walked in, the fact that they provide "Mommy and me" Spa days....my 9 year old LOVED it , the decor, the complimentary hot chocolate & mimosa, the salt scrub and lotion, and the stylists. What I didn't care for was their pedicure set up.....I wasn't comfortable. My blowout out was FABULOUS; their shampooing chair ROCKED & I got so many compliments on the curls she put in. Why I won't probably go back is because of the woman who ran the front desk. She has NO costumer service skills, she didn't smile & seemed in a foul mood, she even rolled her eyes at me. She was just NOT pleasant nor should she be their 1st impression!

Pedi tubs were cute. Blow out room felt small and enclosed. The place was nice but completely empty of customers, not a good sign. Blow out was nice but not sure what all the buzz is about blowouts being so great, it wasn't much more than what my stylist does after a haircut. Manicure left me waNting. A cheap nail sweat shop does a much better job. The was no cuticle care, barely a rub (ie massage) and the polish was lumpy??? Also we went in for a mommy and me package and my daughter and I we're taken to different stations. I purchased this so that I could have a fun mother daughter experience, not to be separated. It was weird. They did do a good job on her nails and she was happy.
