Excellent service
I was very impressed with the place. Nicole was the massage therapist and she was very professional. I was really impressed with the degree of professionalism and the pricing can't be beat.
Learn how to run a legitimate business. It is so bad and the reviews on yelp are awul, if they are turning any profit, I have to believe it is a front for something else.
I purchased two 90 minutes sessions and was provided one 55 mintute session. The owner or manager (not sure who she was) indicated they'd tack on additional time to my next visit. If you can refund all or a portion of what I spent, I'd prefer that, rather than going back.
First impressions are a huge thing for me. Walking into a shared suite with the Tree of Life was the first red flag. Since the waiting room was a shared hallway that had no one to greet customers, this also left a very poor inital impression of the facility. Although my therapist, Nicole, was very good, there were multiple interruptions during the session with others talking loudly and entering into the room. The mini-facial was not close to anything I would call a facial becuase there was no hair cover, the sheets covered my neck, and the products got all over my hair and ears. Lastly, the massage was supposed to be 90 minutes. By starting 15 mintues late (I arrived 15 minutes early), the interruptions, and getting done an additional 5 minutes early, all compounded, it made the experience overall one that I could not recommed to a friend. I would rather pay more for a good overall experience than pay less and feel like I'm walking in a make-shift operation.
Go the actual length on the message without counting dressing and such.
We were very disappointed with the entire experience. So sorry!
My massage was with Santana. She did not seem skilled or engaged. Just going through the motions and a flimsy approach. Did not appear that she understood body mechanics.
