I never had a body massage before, was encouraged by friends to have one. I met with Dr. Graef for a consultation prior to the massage and was very pleased with her assessment and recommendations. I had been going to Physical Therapy elsewhere and did not get complete results before discharge. With Dr. Graef's services I am confident that I will achieve complete results. The masseuse made me feel very comfortable, providing privacy and I was very relaxed by the time she was done. I highly arecommend HealthFirst Wellness as a great place and can't wait to get my second complete body massage.
