Flight yoga is unique, intimate, friendly and completely judgement free. I felt welcomed and appreciated for just coming to class. You really walk out a happier more aware person. Yoga at flight is a beautiful thing.

I loved the classes! It was different levels each days of the week. The location is very convenient with parking for your car and all the amneties a gym can provide!
