Each teacher has something unique they teach. I especially like when they speak through the postures, this way you are learning through the process.

I really enjoyed my experience at Shiva Shanti. All of the instructors were focused on the combination of mind and body, and so helpful with modifications if necessary. The environment was welcoming and cozy. Also, the resident yogi dogs were adorable 😊 I look forward to dropping in again soon!
