Zorbas 46's commitment to celebrating Greek culture is two-fold: the restaurant serves authentic Mediterranean food and hosts live music. While the music, wood paneling, and white-and-blue tablecloths lend the split-level dining space its Mediterranean-seaside atmosphere, it's the food that might really transport visitors to a foreign land. Mezedes of rice-stuffed grape leaves and pan-seared sweetbreads allow for sharing, while five traditional spreads are thick enough to coat bread or any undecorated busts of philosophers that might be laying around. Mediterranean sea bass and char-grilled salmon with beets are grilled alongside meatier offerings such as honey-garlic pork chops and chicken kebabs. A list of imported Greek wines and beers provide ideal pairings for each item.
