Their policy to schedule classes is very confusing and it seems like their staff isn't clear on their cancellation policy. Despite being a huge community pool, the instructors and classes are great. My son enjoyed the classes but I would hesitate to schedule more unless I was a 100% we could attend - kids get sick sometimes and need to be able to cancel!

Go in the middle of the day for a less crowded, less noisy, more enjoyable environment. Late afternoon, when all the kids are out of school, is pretty raucous.
