The people are very nice and friendly. It is warm and inviting as soon as you enter. The instructor is patient and caring. My granddaughter loves it.

The staff is awesome. My daughter has a blast every time she goes there. I can tell a difference in her confidence with trying new, challenging activities. I would recommend Junior Gym to all parents with young children. The location is very convenient also.

We used to be members and did a weekly class there as well as had a bday party there. They are awesome. Only reason we haven't been more recently is bc my son started preschool. I will def do the weekly classes with my younger son when he is old enough. Staff is wonderful.

The place is new and clean. Parking is always a challenge downtown. The staff sit around eating during open gym daily. Totally unprofessional! They have zero interaction with the kids until it's time to clean up, which was disappointing. Our children did enjoying running around the obstacles course and the zip line.

I purchased an open play pass in hopes of taking my son there on weekends. As a working parent, the only options I have are limited to a couple hours on the weekend. I've attempted to go twice now...first time, they were full, and despite the fact that I could see people leaving, since they reached their max attendance I could not come in. Second time they were hosting a private party during that time frame (apparently over the holiday break). Try dealing with a screaming toddler that does not understand why his mom is taking him to a room that looks like fun, with other kids inside, but he isn't allowed to come inside. Very disappointed so far.
