It is very intense the first time. Lots of water and two towels. Lovely studio and Conrad was such a great instructor.

They aren't lying when they say it's hotter that most studios, it's also harder than other studios I've been to buy worth it all! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hot yoga!

Everyone there was super friendly.
A few tips
1. wear minimal clothes as it is very hot
2. drink lots of water
3. don't over exert yourself (it was my first time doing hot yoga and it was VERY hot)
other than that I really enjoyed myself.

I have never done yoga before and they made the experience very enjoyable. From the first phone call they got me very enthused and relaxed about coming to a new place and trying something I new nothing about.
