It is a very good workout. Senior level trainers. A lot of help for first timers, nice clean facility. Very well run and very good workout

Great Workout and extremely nice facility! Staff is very friendly and helpful, the gym is clean and they provide you with everything!!

Love this place! Great facility including showers fully stocked with all toiletries! Instructors are very motivating. Don't be afraid to try this even if you are a beginner. They say if you are new, sit in the back so you can go at your own pace.
