Great equipment. Not crowded. Plenty of classes if you so choose.

Just a nice fun gym.

Set up an appointment time - was shown very quickly around the facility, very friendly staff and was set up with my key card. I went on a regular basis in the evenings, was surprised that after 6/7pm place wasn't packed (avg. 3-4 other people, not counting those taking classes) which was great. The circuit area and bathrooms were kept very clean. At the end of my month I had to skip my last two days due to my schedule and didn't have a chance to ask about renewing - decided not to as I was only in the area for a month longer (and summer so I could workout outside). However, I was surprised they never reached out to me to ask me to renew and/or about my experience. If staying longer, I would have definitely renewed.

Music is just a tad loud, can't always hear instructor.

Brenda supplied me with all the schedules for classes after evaluating my fitness level. A DVD is available for use if class time does not work with individual schedules. The facility is clean and well cared for. When I was not sure where to go, someone was able to answer my questions. I love the P90X program! The hour flies by and I have a thorough workout...the exercises can be done at home, but doing it in a group with Brenda leading, encouraging us and making sure we use the correct form is gratifying! Join us!
