This event benefits Birch Community Services. Birch Community Services provide a community where people can be responsible and accountable for meeting their basic needs, and to equip them with tools to overcome financial difficulty.
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Wear comfortable running shoes! Our professional staff and volunteer team will guide you through the course. This is the perfect event for first-timers and children.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to bring a 5K and a Children's 1K to East County. This is currently one of the few events of this nature in the area and it is the first run of the season!
What do you love most about your job?
It's not a job - it's a passion!

Master DJ and Mrs. Emily are excellent. They are kind, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in Taekwondo, young or older.

the instructor is really nice and good, he know's what's his doing and kids are learning alot, it's just that it is out of our budget that's why I can't continue anymore.
