It's been awhile since I've been there. I bought 3 visits and for one visit, they had moved and I didn't know it. I felt when the appt was confirmed/made, I should have been told. I traveled to Carlisle from Enola. I finally ended up going to a small downtown Hbg office instead.

This didnt work at all, not worth the money

Owner is rude and does not fulfill agreement. Communication is terrible. Laser equipment does not work well (as admitted to by owner), but owner now wants to charge customers more because the laser did not perform as expected and hair removal is taking much longer than it should. None of these things are my concern - owner made a committment to provide hair removal, at no extra cost, no matter how many sessions this takes. Owner has now gone back on this agreement, as she is losing money. Again, this is not my problem, as I am not the one who took a risk and opened a business. She should have thought of this prior to making this committment. Definitely will not recommend this salon to anyone.
